毅成戶外用品店自2001年在油麻地的三百平方尺的樓上辦公室開張﹐本著為顧客以公道的價格和優質的產品﹐並提供最優質的專業售前售後服務﹐得到不少的忠誠顧客大力支持﹐使毅成戶外用品得以不斷發展。
今天，我們提供一站式全面戶外用品零售及批發，包括旅行、遠足、露營、攀岩及水上活動用品。主要貨品來自歐、美以至韓國和台灣入口的優質戶外品牌，價格公道，並提供最優質又專業的售前及售後服務。由初入門至到專業戶外愛好者均可滿足其需要。我們亦有提供學校、團體等大量採購，報價及送貨服務。
現時毅成旺角總店面積超過四千五百平方尺(合共二層)，為大家提供寬闊舒適的購物環境，五樓全層主要售賣各國高品質的戶外服裝、鞋襪及眼鏡，而六樓售賣遠足、露營、攀岩及水上活動用品。
毅成銅鑼灣店是現時港島區最大的戶外用品店，面積更達三千平方尺﹐為港島區顧客提供更方便、更全面的戶外用品零售服務，同時我們亦會引進更多種類的貨品和新的品牌供大家選擇。為顧客提供更多不同種類的貨品和舒適的購物環境和毅成一貫的優質的服務保證。
2010年12月中毅成於元朗開設分店。將為新界東北部的顧客提供更貼身及全面的戶外用品零售服務。
2011年8月中毅成於一田(大埔)男裝部開設了毅成戶外用品專櫃（安邦路入口旁），約有300尺空間，我們加入了更多不同種類的品牌貨品，如
TrekSta 越野鞋，德國 TATONKA背囊 美國 Optic Nerve 太陽眼鏡，Lopern
戶外運動襪，瑞典SILVA指南針/計步器/頭燈，美國GERBER萬用刀具，部份露營裝備如睡袋及營幕等等，比顧客更多新鮮感。我們更派有一位注場同事幫助顧客選購心水貨品。

Outfitters is a one-stop shop for all outdoor equipment. You can find
products for the beginners to professional climbers or mountaineers,
everything you need for outdoor adventures. RC Outfitters’
high-quality products are mainly imported from Europe and the USA and they
are reasonably priced. We also provides professional after-sales service. We
are all one of the first outdoor company with guarantee that all purchases
from RC Outfitters is “Returnable and Refundable”
RC Outfitters was
established in a 300 feet office building in 2001, with very limited
selections of high quality outdoor gear. However, we have tried to introduce
new outdoor gear brands and provide the best sales services. After years of
rapid development and the continual support from our loyal customers, RC is
now one of the leading outdoor shops in Hong Kong. Our Mongkok shop is
located at Oriental House between Sai Yeung Choi Street and Argyle Street and
occupied the 5/F & 6/F with totally 4,500 sq. ft shopping area. The Causeway
Bay shop is located at Hennessy Road, with the biggest outdoor gear shopping
area in the Island of 3,000 sq. ft.

14天退貨及更換保證
顧客在毅成戶外用品購物，你可絕對放心。如果您對某些貨品不滿意，只要在發票日期十四天內，帶同發票正本和未經啟封的貨品，可作更換或退款。
但此退貨及更換保證恕不適用於已破損的產品(如損壞是生產過程出錯引致除外)、七折或以下之減價貨品。
任何被退換貨品只限更換同等價值或價值更高之貨品，而客戶須支付價值較高之貨品的差額。退款將以付款形式支付。購物時若以信用卡付款，有關之款項將會退還至購物時所使用之信用卡戶口。
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return both the
original Sales Memo and the unused item in its original package in order to
effect an exchange or refund within 14 days of the date of the Sales
Receipt.
Unfortunately, we do not
accept returns for refund or exchange of damaged items (except due to
manufacturing faults), bargain items or
discounted goods at or under 30% off. Any returned item can only be
exchanged for items of the same or higher value and customer is liable to
pay the difference for a higher valued item. Refund shall always be done
through the same payment method as you purchased. If your purchase is paid
by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card while your purchase.
